Context: Tara and Salim talk about the DVD she wants to buy on Sunday.

Tara talking to Salim

Conversation

Salim - Foreign DVDs must be very expensive in Australia.

Tara - No, they are available at low price in some shops.

Salim - But they won't be good.

Tara - No, no, they will be expensive, but very excellent.

They will be originals, not copies.

Salim - But there won't be new films.

Tara - New films, old films, there will be both.

Notes: होना usage with assumptions

The future is also used with होना to refer to assumptions about things in the present moment. We hear similar things in English, an aunt might say on seeing a child run into a room when visiting ‘and this will be little Johnny’. However, in formal English we tend to use ‘must’ in such contexts. For instance suppose you saw your friend had some new socks you could say (note the agreement for gender).
Or if you were talking about the cost of something nowadays you could say.
By saying this you are implying that you presume they are very cheap. If you were talking on the phone to somebody in Delhi in May you might say.
There is no future continuous tense in Hindi. If you add a future form of होना to a continuous tense it becomes an assumption about the present. Suppose you were eating and a friend rang up, they might say to you.
The sense is not that you ‘will be eating’ but that ‘you must be eating’. Or at a bus stop if you asked somebody when the bus was coming they might say.
